**Dolomites Trail Companion — Terms & Conditions** *An informal trail companion service offered exclusively to guests staying at Casa nelle Dolomiti.* **1. Activity Details** Trail walks are informal and organized upon request for guests staying at Casa nelle Dolomiti. Activities consist of walking on marked, non-technical trails accessible to the general public — no via ferrata, climbing, or technical alpine routes. Routes and duration are adapted daily based on weather conditions, group level, and preferences. Typical duration is a full day (8–12 hours). **2. Availability** Activities are subject to availability and organized for private groups staying at the house. Advance notice is recommended to allow proper planning. **3. Requirements & Equipment** Participants should be in good physical condition suitable for full-day mountain walking. Proper equipment is required: sturdy hiking footwear, weather-appropriate clothing, sufficient water and food. If you are unsure what to bring, feel free to ask us in advance — we will gladly help you prepare. **4. Cancellations** Activities may be adjusted or canceled due to weather or safety conditions. When possible, alternative plans may be proposed. **5. Responsibility** These are informal walks on public marked trails. The host is not a licensed mountain guide. Each participant is solely responsible for their own safety, fitness level, personal equipment, and belongings. Mountain activities involve inherent risks even on marked, non-technical trails. Casa nelle Dolomiti and its host cannot be held liable for accidents, injuries, or losses occurring during these activities. These are informal shared experiences — not public guided tours. *By joining these walks, guests acknowledge and accept these conditions and agree to behave responsibly in the mountains.*
